Each MAC household includes a spacious, modern 4-bedroom luxury apartment located in a beautiful, safe area just outside Nairobi. Designed with comfort and community in mind, these homes are perfect for families and offer the ideal environment to thrive.
MAC’s Code of Conduct™ is essential to maintaining our community’s values and economic stability. Members who consistently break the code will be asked to sell their home and any shares or businesses back to the MAC, ensuring that only those who fully commit to the community remain.
The total cost for your luxury 4-bedroom apartment, $2500 monthly dividends and all the privileges & exclusive opportunities given to you and your family is only $250,000.
- To secure an apartment, simply pay a $1000 commitment fee that is refundable if we fail to secure land & planning permission within 12 months.
- Then once land is secured & verifiable by an independent lawyer of your choice, make a $50,000 deposit, and then pay the rest off through our flexible payment plan;
- Pay $1,000 per month to cover the interest on the construction loan while the project is being built.
- After construction, you can either pay off the remaining balance (minus the $1k commitment fee & interest paid during the construction phase) in full or you can take out a mortgage and spread the payments over 10 to 20 years.
- Fill out our application form – then jump on a quick call with us.
- Pay the $1,000 commitment fee that is fully refundable if we fail to secure land and planning permission within 12 months.
- Once the land & planning permission is secured & verifiable by your lawyer, sign a contract and make your $50,000 deposit, which will go toward securing the construction loan and establishing the first community owned businesses. Then pay $1k each month until construction is done (24-36 months) then pay off the balance owed (not including the monthly $1k you paid to cover the interest rate of the construction loan or the $1k commitment fee).
